RENTAL RATES:
We rent our island by the week or by the night (with a (3) night min. stay) normally from April 1st through Nov. 1st.. We sleep up to 12 in beds and up to four more on a couch or air mattress making our max. capacity 16 people..
Our "Off Peak" Seasons runs from April 1st up to Mem. Day week-end and then again from after Labor Day thru Nov. 1st..Our nightly rate is $375 for up to six people and the weekly rate is $2,500.00 which includes the use of a 20 ft. pontoon boat.. The nightly chg. for additional people is $30 per night per person however, additional children under age 12 are free..
Our "Peak Season" runs from Mem. Day thru Labor Day whereas the nightly cost for up to six people is $500 and the weekly rate is $3,200.00 which inc. the use of a 20 ft. pontoon boat..The nightly chg. for additional people remains at $30 per person per nite and additional children under age 12 are free..A deposit is required to hold your reservation and 5.5% sales tax is applied to your total cost..

Nearby is the Chequamagon National Forest containing apx. 850,000 acres and so is the Tuscobia Trail for hiking, snowmobiling or 4-wheeling.
Winter, Wi is located on Hwy. 70 in Sawyer County, Wisconsin apx. 1/2 hour south of Hayward, Wi and about 1 hour west of Minocqua, Wi.....Winter is about a 15 min. drive from our island and has a K-12 school, a bank, post office, grocery/hardware store, 4 churches and several small shops and businesses..
